Shipping & Delivery Policy
Sometimes our online stock levels may not reflect our inventory, and though this is a rare occurrence, this may mean that items may not be available at the time of purchase. In the event of this happening, our customer care team will be in touch with you immediately to issue a full refund or find a suitable replacement.
Postal addresses cannot be changed and your order cannot be cancelled once goods are dispatched. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
Standard shipping within Australia is AUD 10 per order (excluding heavy items).
Express shipping within Australia is AUD 20 per order (excluding heavy items).
Free shipping for orders over AUD 100 within Australia (excludes heavy items).
Standard shipping for heavy items within Australia is $20 per order.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers, please provide us with a business or residential address.
