Returns & Exchanges Policy

Frank & Arlo® would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any damages in the products you have paid for. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods received are damaged.

Our Policy

  • We offer full refunds and exchanges on all full priced items
  • Australian returns are accepted within fourteen days from the date received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • All items you are returning must be in original condition and tags attached in original packaging. Any item that has been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned. Any item that has marks/stains/rips/smells or damages from misuse cannot be returned.
  • Frank & Arlo reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements.
  • If you claimed a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s received with the order must also be returned
  • Gift cards or vouchers cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Please note that Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customer’s expense and cannot be refunded unless product sold deemed faulty by Frank & Arlo.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same method how the original payment was done – within 14 business days of Frank & Arlo receiving the return parcel. Notifications will be automatically sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
